Coastal Tides Tourism runs guided boat excursions and coastal tours out of a single regional hub. Their existing site was slow, built on an outdated theme, and virtually invisible in search results for the tour categories driving their bookings.

Initial Challenges
The old WordPress site loaded in over 6 seconds on mobile, had no structured booking pages per tour type, and ranked outside the top 50 for their core commercial keywords. Google Business Profile was unclaimed and unoptimized.
Strategy Implemented
